The pictures on this website are outdated. We had a pleasant stay. Enjoyed free wifi, great hospitality, entertainment on new updated LCD TVs. The cook made us food according to our individual customizations. The hotel van provided local transportation and the concierge helped us with making all the arrangements for Vaishno Devi darshan including the helicopter ride. We enjoyed our stay in the cute boutique hotel which provided us 100% attention. We will stay here again and will recommend the hotel to others who are looking for a tension free stay. Jai mata di 🙏🏻

We stayed two nights at this hotel. Hotel is located at main road area and at the trijunction. Hotel is small clean and people were helpful. Rooms were clean bathroom was also clean. Restaurants was small and served as we asked . First floor rooms were better than the ground floor. We got at cheaper price than online after contacting over phone. Probably they don't have habits of replying mail but booked as asked. We're dropped at vaishnadevi gate and at station without charge. One thing for everyone notice that you will get pure vegetarian food at Katra town and no onion is used. Meat and alcohol is banned there.

It was good to stay there as all the facilities are nice there like Sleeping and cleaning was good. The wifi facility was also there with out any further cost. The Room was furnished and there breakfast and dinner was also good.

One has to think twice before leaving in this hotel. From outside its look nice but as u entered in hotel on reception u dont find anyone. Restaurant is like road side dhaba. No f n b staff was available in restaurant. Cleanliness reqd.

This hotel is located on the way to bus stand. Rooms are good and well maintained . Hot water is available .Food was very delicious . Staff was friendly. We had a comfortable stay there ,will look forward to stay there again.
